Softens complete baby care products review
Being a mom for the first time, we end up doing a lot of research & experiments. With so many baby care products in the market, finding the right product for your baby could be overwhelming for a mother. It’s more of a ‘ trial and error’ process, till the time you hit the right cord, and you end up sticking on to it forever.
So recently we received a huge box of cute bottles of baby care products from a newly launched brand called Softens.
Softens is a brand that promises best skin care for babies. Their baby range contains body wash, body lotion, baby shampoo, wet wipes, baby powder, baby massage oil, baby cream and baby soap.
This brand is inspired by real moms like us and they aim at making our life a lot easier.

Packaging: The packaging of Softens baby care products is quite appealing. We loved the mama and baby bear printed on the bottles. All the bottles had an informative detail about the product, its ingredients and directions of use. The bottles are sturdy and convenient to use and store.

Baby wipes are an integral part of every mother’s life. Softens baby wipes are formulated to moisturise and protect your baby’s skin. I really like the consistency, thickness and the level of moisture of these wipes. Just perfect to get your little muffin clean and smelling great. The moisture amount ensures that it’s easy for you to remove anything that is stuck to the baby’s skin.

This body wash is infused with Natural milk cream and Shea butter. It has a tear free formula, so don’t worry about irritating your little one’s eyes when you use it. This clear baby wash lathers well and has a faint fresh and pleasant fragrance. Just a small amount does its job. I like its consistency too, which is just perfect.

It offers mild cleansing of the baby’s hair and scalp and moisturises naturally to prevent any dryness. It lathered beautifully on my little muffins’ hair and left it smooth and soft to touch. The consistency of this shampoo is right (neither too thick not too flowy). It’s a tear free formulation that meant my girls didn’t have to keep rubbing their eyes out of any irritation. I used this shampoo on my daughter’s hair when it was oiled and must say that it cleaned her hair without any hassle.

This lotion is enriched with Natural milk cream and Shea butter. It’s recommended for a delicate and sensitive skin. This lotion is smooth and light when rubbed on the skin. It sinks in quite well and doesn’t leave a greasy feel on the skin. This too has a pleasant fragrance that lasts for quite some time.

Their baby cream is enriched with Natural milk cream and Shea butter and has a creamy texture. It has a high oil and cream content which moisturises the baby’s skin instantly. What I like the most about this baby cream is that it’s non-greasy and leaves the skin breathable. It has a refreshing smell, like that of a new-born baby which would make you want to hug your baby whole day long. You wouldn’t feel the need to re-apply it again during the day.

This oil is infused with vitamin E and olive extracts and is clear oil which has an extremely light texture. It gets quickly absorbed into the baby’s skin and leaves it soft and supple. It hydrates the baby’s skin for a long time. Its fragrance is light and has warm notes. If you massage your baby every night before sleeping, then this is a must try for you, since it’s the lightest oil I have ever tried.

This baby powder is being used more by me than my girls. I just love is refreshing fragrance. I found it gentle and effective. One-time application is enough to leave you refreshed throughout the day.

This soap has been formulated for all skin types and held in protecting and nourishing baby’s delicate skin.
It comes in a rectangular box and is sealed inside a transparent plastic covering. It has a refreshing and non-empowering fragrance, unlike most other soaps that I have used. It lathers well, and a little rub yields a good amount of foam to clean the entire body. What’s best is that it is even washed off easily. It is gentlye on the baby’s skin and leaves it smooth, soft and supple.

We have used the Softens baby products since over a week now, and I really like how they work on my girls’ skin. The brand meets up to my expectation, and I got great results from each one of their product. I also find the products reasonably priced. I would highly recommend you to try Softens baby care products.
Also, I would recommend you to try any new products on yourself first before trying on your baby. That’s the practice I follow too.
